We create a hassle-free environment and offer our clients the peace of mind that they’ll never have to worry about their pool or spa during the too-short time they’re out at their home.
When you sign up for our service program, you will be dealing directly with one of our two owners. While you can always reach us on our cell phones or at 537-POOL, many of our clients prefer to communicate through email or text, which we love. After hours, our phone system forwards all voice-mails to us by email, so you can be sure that you will always be able to reach us in the event of an emergency.
We value communication as a most important quality. Returning phone calls quickly and responding to any issue as soon as it may arise are cornerstones of the Hampton Pool Company philosophy. We are open 7 days a week, so our industry certified technicians and GPS tracked vehicles are ready to react to any demand immediately.

Peter has been a partner at Hampton Pool Company since 2007. As Service Manager, he utilizes his strong communication skills to build loyal, long-term relationships to ensure that quality and service exceed customer expectations. A transplant from Buffalo, Pete now resides in Wainscott with his wife Sally and son Leonardo. If they aren’t biking around town or relaxing at Beach Lane, they can be found braving the crowds at Breadzilla or Goldberg’s.

Mike was raised at the other end of Long Island in Garden City, spending summers on the East End with his family. After graduating with a degree in Finance and Music from Boston College in 2004, he got a summer job cleaning pools in the Hamptons…and never left. When Mike’s not in the office, he’s likely either at home in Wainscott playing the guitar, or traveling somewhere to see someone else do it.
