As pool and spa professionals, we provide comfort and relaxation. You will arrive home to find a swimming pool that is clean, clear, and maybe even warmed up a little…if you want. We create a hassle-free environment and offer our clients the peace of mind that they’ll never have to worry about their pool or spa during the too-short time they’re out at their home.
When you sign up for our service program, you will be dealing directly with one of our three owners. While you can always reach us on our cell phones or at 537-POOL, many of our clients prefer to communicate through email or text, which we love. After hours, our phone system forwards all voice-mails to us by email, so you can be sure that you will always be able to reach us in the event of an emergency.
We value communication as a most important quality. Returning phone calls quickly and responding to any issue as soon as it may arise are cornerstones of the Casual Water philosophy. We are open 7 days a week, so our industry certified technicians and GPS tracked vehicles are ready to react to any demand immediately.

After graduating with his BA in Marketing from SUNY Brockport, Pete began his career with Casual Water servicing pools, and became partner in 2007. Personable and outgoing, Pete utilizes his strong communication skills to build loyal, long-term client relationships. Born in Buffalo, Pete will be a diehard Sabres and embarrassed Bills fan no matter where he lives, including Wainscott, where he and his wife can be found proudly showing off their Bills t-shirts.

Mike was raised at the other end of Long Island in Garden City. After graduating with a degree in Finance and Music from Boston College, he joined the Casual Water team in the summer of 2004. When he’s not paying the bills in CWHQ, he’s likely either at home in Wainscott strumming the guitar, or in the city watching someone else do it.

Also from Garden City, Matthew attended Providence College, spending his summers working for Casual Water. After graduating, he worked in Wealth Management, returning to Casual Water as a partner in 2003. He has learned that customer satisfaction is the key to any type of business. He enjoys his family, great food, travel, his Yellow Lab Finn, and his Prius.

In 1994, Casual Water was founded as a small pool service startup. Through referrals, industry contacts, and extensive training and certification, Casual Water grew into the Hamptons’ only completely in-house pool service and construction company. Since 2008, the Service Department has been separately owned and operated, with focus re-dedicated to becoming the standard for quality on the East End, and delivering the Hamptons’ most Reliable, Responsive, and Professional pool and spa service.
